1. Download the App
Go to your app store (Google Play or APKPure).
Search for PulaRide Rider App.
Download and install the app on your smartphone.
2. Sign Up & Set Up Your Profile
Open the app.
Register using your mobile phone number.
Fill in your profile details (name, photo, etc.) to personalize your account.
3. Book a Ride
Enter your pickup location and destination in the app.
The app will show you a fare estimate before you confirm.
Choose your ride option and confirm the booking.
4. Get Matched with a Driver
The app automatically connects you with the nearest available driver.
You’ll see the driver’s name, car model, and license plate number.
5. Track Your Ride
Watch your driver’s location in real-time on the map.
You can share your trip details with friends or family for safety.
6. Use Safety Features
If needed, tap the Safety Button in the app for emergency support.
Stay informed and secure throughout your journey.
7. Pay for Your Ride
Choose your payment method:
Cash directly to the driver
Or use the PulaRide Wallet for cashless payments
